Early Life Of Shradha Khapra
Shraddha was born in 1999 in a middle-class family in the village of Nathurpur, Haryana. His parents were a farmer. Shraddha had seen her parents working hard since childhood, so she decided to study and get a good job and support her parents so that they do not have to work too much. Shraddha has completed class 12th in 2016-17 with 94.40% marks from Jain Bharati Mrigavati Vidyalaya and her father sent her to New Delhi to study engineering. There he completed his graduation in Computer Engineering in 2021.
When she was taking admission in engineering, he did not even know what should be the priority of the college. All they thought was that mechanical and civil were the best. But on the advice of a friend, his choice was computer science and because of his good rank, he got admission in computer science as well. When he took admission in computer science, he did not know computer science.
Career
She got interned at Microsoft as a Software Engineer for 3 months. She again got interned at DRDO as a Research Trainee for 1 month. In July 2021 she got placed at Microsoft as Software Engineer in Hyderabad, Telangana for 5 months. She is now Co-Founders at Apna College and launched their Courses on Coding. Apna college is the next Unicorn.
How Did Shradha Khapra Meet Aman Dhattarwal?
During the time of Corona, when Shradha was selected by Microsoft, then she posted on LinkedIn that she has been selected by Microsoft. So Aman Dhattarwal also saw that post and called Shraddha for an interview. Because at that time there was a lockdown in the whole country and all the colleges were closed and money had to be paid for internships also. Aman worked with Shraddha and others on the CC+ project.
Why Did Shradha Khapra Leave Microsoft?
Shraddha Khapra had worked in Microsoft for only two or three months and she resigned from Microsoft, influenced by the idea of Aman Dhattarwal. When Shraddha joined Microsoft, she was not enjoying working there, but it was very difficult for her to tell her mother and father that she has to leave her Microsoft job.
How did you join Apna College?
When Shraddha Resigned from Microsoft’s job, Aman Dhattarwal has shown her 2 ways, take a package of 15 lakhs to some other company or teach coding to millions of children of the day. Shradha preferred the second way and got involved in Apna college. Today, she teaches 5 to 6 lakh children daily online.

- Due to the lack of good schools in the village, his parents sent Shraddha to study in the city a little far from the village. Shraddha had to travel 3-4 hours to reach the city from her home.
